Before we begin
Can I commission design only?
Yes. Design can be commissioned independently, or as part of a coordinated design, fit-out and furnishing scope.
Can you work with an existing design?
We first review the drawings and site condition, then identify the requirements needed to prepare a suitable scope and quotation.
How are cost and duration determined?
They depend on area, site condition, scope, material and furniture selections, and supply schedules. These are clarified before the quotation is approved.
Do you design offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Our work covers residential, office and commercial spaces, shaped around the needs of each activity and its users.
How are materials and furniture selected?
We suggest options aligned with the design and budget for your review and approval before procurement.
What about kitchens and appliances?
We coordinate kitchen design and requirements, while the kitchen contract is directly between the client and specialist supplier. Appliances are discussed according to the requested scope.
Is the first site visit free?
The first site visit within Riyadh is free by prior appointment. We review the space, discuss your needs and agree on the next step.
